Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VaultMM2 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use VaultMM2. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person.
3. Platform Description
VaultMM2 is a third-party marketplace for trading virtual items from the Roblox game "Murder Mystery 2." We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Roblox Corporation or Nikilis (the developer of MM2). The Platform facilitates peer-to-peer trades using an escrow system.
4. Escrow & Transactions
All purchases are processed through our escrow system. When a buyer pays for an item, funds are held in escrow until the seller delivers the item in-game and the buyer confirms receipt (or 24 hours elapse without dispute). Sellers must deliver items within the timeframe stated in their listing. Failure to deliver may result in order cancellation and account suspension.
5. Fees
VaultMM2 charges a 5% marketplace fee on all sales, applied at checkout to the buyer. Sellers are subject to a 10% withdrawal fee when transferring funds from their platform balance. All fees are non-refundable once a transaction is completed. We reserve the right to adjust fee structures with prior notice.
6. Seller Obligations
Sellers must complete the seller application process and be approved before listing items. Sellers must accurately describe items, deliver promptly after payment, and provide proof of delivery when requested. Sellers may not list items they do not own, engage in price manipulation, or use the platform to facilitate transactions outside the escrow system.
7. Buyer Obligations
Buyers must provide accurate payment information and complete payment within the specified timeframe. Buyers must confirm receipt of items within 24 hours of delivery or open a dispute if there is an issue. Abuse of the dispute system (e.g., claiming non-delivery when items were received) is grounds for permanent suspension.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited: scamming or attempting to defraud other users; using duped, exploited, or illegitimate items; circumventing the escrow system; harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users; automated scraping or botting; creating multiple accounts to evade bans; and any activity that violates applicable laws.
9. Disputes & Resolutions
If a dispute arises, both parties may submit evidence (screenshots, chat logs, etc.) for review. Our team will review disputes within 48 hours and make a determination based on the evidence provided. Dispute resolutions are final. In cases of refund, funds are returned to the buyer's original payment method or platform balance.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms. Suspended accounts may have funds frozen pending investigation. Permanently banned accounts forfeit any remaining balance. Users may request account deletion by contacting support, subject to completion of any pending orders.
11. Limitation of Liability
VaultMM2 is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the value, authenticity, or desirability of virtual items traded on the platform. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access, game updates that affect item values, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees collected from the specific transaction in question.
12. Virtual Items Disclaimer
Virtual items traded on this platform have no real-world monetary value outside of what users agree to pay. Item values fluctuate based on supply, demand, and game updates. VaultMM2 does not guarantee any item's value. All trades are final once both parties confirm — we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse or value changes.
